Use Single Sign On and Multi-Factor Authentication

07-11-2023 - Security requirements are becoming increasingly important for organizations. We certainly took this into account when developing Pillr. For example, our systems are checked by pen testing (simulated attacks to identify vulnerabilities).

An extra lock on the door
Do you want to ensure that your users of the already secure Pillr environment put an extra lock on the door? Then we offer the option of using a link with Microsoft and Autodesk. NB; Initially, this connection only ensures that you can use Single Sign On (SSO). This means that the user can log in with his Autodesk or Microsoft account. You can then also set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in your Autodesk and/or Microsoft account. The additional advantage is that you don’t have to remember additional passwords.

Keep product data safe with the entire team
Setting up MFA is important for your entire team (both internal and external) because you are only as strong as the weakest link! So make sure you do this with the entire team. This way you keep your project data extra safe.

Setup: Single Sign On and Multi-Factor Authentication
Unfortunately, our statistics show that only a small proportion of users have taken this step. Do you also want to keep your data extra safe and learn how to set up MFA? Then follow the steps in these videos.

Step 1: Set up SSO
